- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Financefrom reputable local or overseas universities, with min. GPA is 3.3 (scale of 4.0) or equivalent

- Previous working experience from audit firm is an advantage
- English proficiency (verbaland written)
- Proficiency in using MS Excel spread sheet
- Good analytical skill
Operational Excellence Team Leader

- Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
- Lead process improvement
- Manage and develop team members
- Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners
- Education min.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Work experience minimum 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Bankingor other FinancialInstitutions
- Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
- Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
- Having Black/Green Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skill and a team player.
